Faulty/Damaged Goods

Our aim is to fulfil your expectation that your products will arrive in pristine condition but please note it is your responsibility to be satisfied that there is no transit damage before signing the delivery docket. If you are in any doubt please sign for the goods as damaged and retain the goods and packaging for inspection. If your goods arrive faulty or damaged please notify us immediately to request a Return Authorisation Number (you must reference this number on the box/label/paperwork) and instructions. Please be certain you have taken reasonable care of the product, you use secure packaging and include your original delivery note before dispatch to our address above. Following return inspection and provided we are satisfied the claim is justified we will offer you either a replacement product or refund in full, including the cost of the return postage where proof of postage is provided and a secure delivery method is used. 

Returns

We aspire to supply products that you will enjoy and happily recommend to others but if you are not satisfied with your purchase and feel the need to return it, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a Return Authorisation Number (you must reference this number on the box/label/paperwork) and instructions. Please be certain you have taken reasonable care of the product, you use secure packaging and include your original delivery note before dispatch to our address above. Following return inspection and provided we are satisfied the product is in the same condition we supplied we will provide a full refund, excluding all postage and packing. We strongly advise you use a tracked delivery method as proof of postage is not proof of delivery and we will not be liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
