Orders

Our website uses a simple interactive process that guides you to place an order and this process is completed when you click the “submit” button at check-out. We will send you an Order Confirmation email listing the products you have ordered and then a Shipment Confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. No contract will commence between you and us for the sale by us to you of any product unless and until we accept your order by email confirming that we have dispatched your product. If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis and we take all reasonable care to ensure that all product details are correct at the time the information is uploaded. All images are for illustrational purposes only and the exact colours displayed on your monitor may differ from products you receive. We reserve the right to change the availability and pricing of products at any time. If an order is cancelled before shipment has taken place any payment taken will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to refuse any order submitted. By using our website you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over.

Payment

We believe your security and confidence when buying from us is essential. For this reason we use WorldPay to process your payment and all customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers. Payment can be made in GBP only by Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express and Solo. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. You are welcome to pay by cheque, made payable to giftmarked and sent to our address above. Your order will only be processed if your payment is successful i.e. acceptance of your card by WorldPay and our receipt of payment notification or cleared funds from your cheque. We shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery for any refusal by the issuer of any payment card or cheque to authorise the payment to us. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Delivery (including packaging) charges will be payable as displayed in the shopping cart.

Delivery

Our standard process for items in stock is to deliver your order within 5 working days from receipt via Royal Mail’s First Class Recorded service. UK destinations (including the Channel Islands) will be charged a delivery fee of £5. Orders over £50 are free of delivery charge. Please note a signature will be required to confirm receipt. For earlier deliveries or addresses outside the UK please email or call us for a quotation. We will deliver your goods as swiftly as possible but occasionally there may be delays due to factors beyond our control. Any delivery dates we specify are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of your goods. If there is to be any lengthy delay to your order we will notify you as soon as possible so you can decide whether to wait for stock replenishment or cancel your order for a full refund. Upon dispatch an email will be sent providing you with shipment confirmation.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Our aim is to fulfil your expectation that your products will arrive in pristine condition but please note it is your responsibility to be satisfied that there is no transit damage before signing the delivery docket. If you are in any doubt please sign for the goods as damaged and retain the goods and packaging for inspection. If your goods arrive faulty or damaged please notify us immediately to request a Return Authorisation Number (you must reference this number on the box/label/paperwork) and instructions. Please be certain you have taken reasonable care of the product, you use secure packaging and include your original delivery note before dispatch to our address above. Following return inspection and provided we are satisfied the claim is justified we will offer you either a replacement product or refund in full, including the cost of the return postage where proof of postage is provided and a secure delivery method is used.

Returns

We aspire to supply products that you will enjoy and happily recommend to others but if you are not satisfied with your purchase and feel the need to return it, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a Return Authorisation Number (you must reference this number on the box/label/paperwork) and instructions. Please be certain you have taken reasonable care of the product, you use secure packaging and include your original delivery note before dispatch to our address above. Following return inspection and provided we are satisfied the product is in the same condition we supplied we will provide a full refund, excluding all postage and packing. We strongly advise you use a tracked delivery method as proof of postage is not proof of delivery and we will not be liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

A third party secure hosting company processes all our transactions on Secure Servers, offering our customers the highest level of security using 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. All private data will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet.
